Shipping Charges
Shipping cost depends on your location and the weight of your order. You will see the final shipping charge before you complete your order at checkout.
Where We Deliver
We deliver all orders to the address you provide during checkout. If you want to send items to more than one address, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.
Order Time & Delivery
- Order Processing: We usually pack and ship your order within 2 working days after payment.
- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).
- You will get a tracking link once we ship your order so you can check delivery status.
Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
If your delivery is delayed or returned because of a wrong address or missing phone number, you will have to pay extra for re-shipping.
Damaged or Opened Package
If your package looks opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept it.
