Refund and Returns Policy

At Gir Bites, we aim to provide our customers with natural, high-quality products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Reported with clear photos of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

We hope you understand that food and natural products are sensitive and cannot be resold once opened.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll begin processing your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days. We’ll keep you updated through email during the process.

Replacements

If you’ve received the wrong item or a damaged product, we can send a replacement at no extra cost. Just send us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
